| Andre Visser |
Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of La Fayette Investment Management (U.K.) Ltd., Mr. Visser is the founder of La Fayette and is specifically responsible for the investment management of the La Fayette Group of Funds, which he has advised since 1992. Prior to La Fayette, Mr. Visser founded Société Parisienne de Gestion SA (SPG) in Paris in 1988, where he was responsible for the build-up of new private banking activity as well as the investment management of the firm's assets. He remains Director of SPG. Prior to that, Mr. Visser was active with MSD (Merck, Sharp & Dohme) from 1978 until 1986, and with Central Soya from 1971 until 1977. He graduated from Essec (Paris) in 1971 and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Lille (France). |
| Kevin Dolan |
Mr. Dolan, Chief Executive Officer of La Fayette Group, has had a distinguished career in global financial services over the past 29 years. He was educated in both France and in the U.S. Mr. Dolan is a graduate of Georgetown University, and holds dual U.S. and French citizenship. He spent a decade with the AXA Group, world leaders in insurance and asset management, where he was the Chief Executive of AXA Investment Managers Paris, and subsequently Deputy Global Chief Executive of their dedicated ?500 billion asset management business. In 2001, Mr. Dolan moved to LCF Rothschild as Chief Executive Officer at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management in Paris where he also built their dedicated private equity arm. In 2004 he moved to the Bank of Ireland group in Dublin where he was a member of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive of the Asset Management Division with ?60 billion under management. Mr. Dolan also built the Bank's alternative businesses by acquiring Guggenheim Advisors, a dedicated U.S.$3 billion Hedge Funds of Funds boutique dedicated to Institutional clients, and also, Paul Capital Top Tier Funds, a U.S.$1.3 billion Private Equity boutique, providing specialist Private Equity solutions to Institutional Investors worldwide. |
| Laurent Visser |
Research Analyst U.S. market. Prior to joining La Fayette in August 2003, Mr. Visser was active at Citco Fund Services (CFS) as a fund accountant, responsible for all financial reporting for a portfolio of hedge funds. Prior to CFS, he was the assistant to the Finance Director at Infogrames UK (the leading European videogames company - renamed Atari) responsible for financial reporting. Following his graduation in 1988, he worked for a year in Cambodia, developing different business projects. Mr. Visser holds a 4 year Business degree from Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers (France). He graduated in 1998 after completing a semester at Hong Kong University (HKU) within the Bachelor of Business Administration program.

| Aude Sablon |
Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CIO & the CEO. Ms Sablon joined La Fayette in November 2007. She is primarily responsible for the smooth running of the London office, as well as reporting to Kevin Dolan and Andre Visser. Prior to joining La Fayette, Ms Sablon worked for the United Nations as a free-lance translator and for Linklaters as Partner's Secretary. Ms Sablon has a degree in translation in English and Russian obtained from Mons University, Belgium. |
| Jérôme Birolini |
Research Assistant & Client Relations. Prior to joining La Fayette, Mr Birolini worked for over two years at Capital International Limited as Portfolio Reporting Associate and did two internships, one at Russell Investment Group as Investment Management & Research Intern, and the other at Deutsche Bank, as Assistant Sales Trader. Mr Birolini holds a BSc in Finance and is studying on the Chartered Financial Analyst Programme. |
| Alban Stievenart |
Research Assistant. Mr. Stievenart joined La Fayette to support the research and risk teams. Prior to joining La Fayette, Mr. Stievenart worked as an intern in Merrill Lynch Private Banking, in the Fixed Income Department at Calyon servicing Central Banks, and in the Portfolio Management Division of Equigest, a long only fund manager. He graduated in September 2005 with a BA in Business Administration from Audencia (ESC Nantes in France) which included a semester at Fisher University (Ohio State Uni) |
| Vincent Mercadier |
Quantitative and Risk Analyst. Mr Mercadier joined La Fayette on a full time basis In July 2007. He had previously been employed as a consultant for La Fayette during which time he completed an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He previously graduated with a diploma in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris in 2006 |
| Leor Shapiro |
Mr Shapiro, Head of Operational Due Diligence, joined the firm in April 2007 to manage the global operational due diligence process and non-investment risk review for the La Fayette Group. Mr Shapiro has completed operational due diligence reviews on well over 200 hedge funds across the United States, Europe, Asia and South America. Mr Shapiro is an active member of the Internal Risk Committee and has full veto rights on the Investment Committee of the La Fayette Group.
Prior to joining the La Fayette Group, Mr Shapiro worked for over three years at RBC Capital Markets in the structured products division of the Alternative Assets Group. At RBC, he was responsible for both operational and legal due diligence of hedge funds across all strategies. Prior to that, he worked as a paralegal at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York. He holds a BS in Business Management from Binghamton University, part of the State University of New York system, where he graduated from in 2002.

| Alex Rabinovich |
Prior to joining La Fayette, Mr. Rabinovich spent 10 years at Ivy Asset Management Corp. as a director and Portfolio Manager where he helped oversee assets in excess of $7B. He also worked as Strategy Head in charge of multi-strategy hedge fund research for three years. Prior to working at Ivy, he worked as an analyst responsible for equity research and risk management at Manning & Napier Advisors. Mr Rabinovich holds an MBA Degree in Finance and Accounting form the university of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School. He received his BA Degree in Economics and Russian Studies from the University of Rochester in 1994. Mr Rabinovich is a CFA Charterholder. |

Operations Manager. Mr. Braumuller joined La Fayette in August 2007. Prior to joining La Fayette, Mr. Braumuller worked as a Middle Office Professional for the Amsterdam branch of Citco Fund Services. Before joining Citco, he worked as Custody Operations Manager for TMF Fund Services in Rotterdam. Mr. Braumuller holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, which included a semester at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, and a BSC. in Business Administration from the University of the Netherlands Antilles in Curaçao |
| Sebastian Plusa |
Director of Sales. Mr. Plusa embarked on his financial career in 1994 as a Money Market trader at Paribas/Compagnie Bancaire in Paris. In 1996, he joined WORMS Group which became Deutsche Bank France, focusing on European equity and derivatives sales to corporate and institutional investors in France, Switzerland and Benelux. Mr. Plusa then worked for 4 years at Barep, the alternative investment arm of Société Générale, where he focused on hedge fund sales to European institutional investors. Before joining La Fayette Geneva in October 2007, he headed up institutional sales at 3A SA Geneva, the alternative division of Swiss Banking Group SYZ & CO, covering European institutional clients and private banks. Mr. Plusa holds a B.A. in International Trade and an MBA from ESC Toulouse.

| Camilla De Lafonteyne |
Office Manager at the Geneva Branch. Ms De Lafonteyne joined La Fayette in November 2007 as a member of the newly set up Client Servicing and Sales team in Geneva. Prior to joining La Fayette, Ms De Lafonteyne worked for three years as a translator at the European Union in Brussels. Before this she was employed by Inter IKEA Treasury where she was handling the Internal Bank of the Inter IKEA Group for four years. Ms De Lafonteyne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. |
| Pierre Lenders |
Head of Risk. Mr. Lenders has 20 years of experience in both banking and trading technology. Prior to La Fayette, Mr. Lenders was at Oddo & Cie in Paris, in charge of some proprietary books which included hedge funds investments. Prior to this role, he was based for 6 years in New York as CEO of Murex North America, delivering trading and risk management technology to about 60 financial institutions, with a particular focus on derivatives, ranging from the simplest to the most complex strategies. Prior to this Mr. Lenders spent more than 10 years at JP Morgan and 2 years at Bankers Trust. His initial mandates there, from 86 to 94, were around arbitrage, equity options and then fixed income market-making. He was named Managing Director in 1994, he then moved to managing trading floors in Madrid, London and Paris, and proprietary trading around global macro opportunities. Mr. Lenders graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1984 and holds a diploma in statistics and econometrics from E.N.S.A.E (86). |
| Rashma Patel |
Operational Due Diligence Analyst, Miss Patel joined La Fayette in March 2008 to help strengthen the operational due diligence team. Prior to joining La Fayette Ms Patel was an Assistant Manager at KPMG with over 3 years experience in the audit of investment managers and mutual funds. She became a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) in September 2007 and also holds a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). |
| Alison Edmunds |
Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Edmunds joined La Fayette in February 2006. Her key focus is the organisation and coordination of the various operations and financial fields of the firm. Prior to joining La Fayette, Ms. Edmunds held CFO and COO positions at two hedge fund managers, Theorema Asset Management Ltd (Equity Long Short) and GMP Asset Management LLP (European Event Driven). Previously, she was employed by Goldman Sachs International, where she spent over five years working in both its Hong Kong and London offices. She initially held a product accountant role and later moved across to the Equities division to form part of its financial management team. Ms Edmunds received her CFA designation in 2003. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1995. Ms Edmunds graduated with an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1992. |

Office Manager at the New York Office, Allyson joined La Fayette in January 2008. With 8 years of project experience, Allyson held the Assistant Director of Special Projects position at the New York State University System. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Appointments Officer to the Governor in the New York State Executive Chamber. Allyson was educated in the State University System with a focus on political science. |
| Thais Batista |
Ms. Thais Batista joined La Fayette as a research analyst responsible for covering LatAm and European hedge funds. From 2006 to 2008, she worked in the research side of Claritas Investments, covering hedge funds in a broad geographic scope. Prior to Claritas, Ms. Batista worked at Unibanco Asset Management in Brazil from 2002 to 2006, where she participated in the structuring of the Fund of Funds team which sooner became the second largest FOF in Brazil. Subsequently, she became responsible for the platform of offshore funds, researching, selecting and monitoring hedge funds globally. She was also the portfolio manager of a fund of Brazilian Hedge Funds since its inception. Ms. Batista holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil. |
| Joseph Naayem |
Mr Joseph Naayem joined La Fayette as Head of European Research in May 2008. From 2004 to 2008, Joseph worked for Harcourt Investment Consulting in Zurich where he was a director of Investment Research covering Long Short Equity strategies. From February 2006 he also managed the Belmont (Lux) Long Short Equity fund of fund with $200m under management. Prior to Harcourt, Joseph worked as an Equity research analyst covering the European Consumer Goods sector at Morgan Stanley and UBS in London. Joseph graduated from the London School of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Finance in 1999 and is a CFA Charterholder. |
| Véronique Manning |
Mrs Manning joined Citco (Jersey) Limited in December 2002 to act as Investor Base Reporting for La Fayette Management Ltd, liaising with its investors, distributors and the La Fayette Funds' Administrator and Custodian. Prior to her current position, Mrs Manning worked for over 16 years for a Jersey firm of lawyers successively as assistant to the Probate, Trust and Company Manager and as a Conveyancing Administrator.
Before moving to the Channel Islands, Mrs Manning was Secretary to the Managing Director of a shipping agent based in Marseilles, before being promoted to the position of Head of the Legal Department.
Mrs Manning was educated in France and completed bilingual secretarial courses in Paris and Marseilles. |
