Head of Operational Due Diligence since February 2011. Mr. Braumuller joined La Fayette as Operations Manager in August 2007. Prior to joining La Fayette, Mr. Braumuller worked as a Middle Office Professional for the
Amsterdam branch of Citco Fund Services. Before joining Citco, he worked as Custody Operations Manager for TMF Fund Services in
Rotterdam.
Mr. Braumuller holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, which included a semester at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, and a BSC. in Business Administration from the University of the
Netherlands Antilles in Curaçao

| Alison Edmunds |
Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Edmunds joined La Fayette in February 2006. Her key focus is the organisation and coordination of the various operations and financial fields of the firm. Prior to joining La Fayette, Ms. Edmunds held CFO and COO positions at two hedge fund managers, Theorema Asset Management Ltd (Equity Long Short) and GMP Asset Management LLP (European Event Driven). Previously, she was employed by Goldman Sachs International, where she spent over five years working in both its Hong Kong and
London offices. She initially held a product accountant role and later moved across to the Equities division to form part of its financial management team. Ms Edmunds received her CFA designation in 2003. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche in
Johannesburg, South Africa in 1995. Ms Edmunds graduated with an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Stellenbosch,
South Africa in 1992.

| Nicholas Williams |
Mr. Nicholas Williams joined La Fayette Operations department in November 2008. Prior to joining La Fayette Mr. Williams spent two years as an Operations Assistant at London based Fund of Hedge Fund Eden Rock Capital Management LLP. Mr. Williams holds a BSc Honours degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath

| Nikolaos Dimakis |
Mr. Dimakis joined the IT/Risk Group of La Fayette in September 2009. Prior to La Fayette, he was at Imperial College London where he conducted research in the area of distributed simulation. From 2005 to 2007 he was at the AIT Institute (part of INTRACOM S.A.) in Greece working in multi-million EU and industry funded projects in the area of autonomic and high-performance distributed computing. His work has appeared in more than 15 publications in top-ranked journals and conferences.
Mr. Dimakis has a diploma in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras (Greece), an MSc in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University (USA), and an MPhil from Imperial College London (UK) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

| Sara Zafar |
Mrs. Sara Zafar joined La Fayette in October 2010 as Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining La Fayette she worked for The Confidas Group USA in New York, a multi-family office where she dealt with private clients as well as helped distribute a fund of funds.
From 2003 to 2005 she worked in Private Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch. Mrs. Zafar holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and a Masters degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.

| Laurent Visser |
Research Analyst
U.S. market. Prior to joining La Fayette in August 2003, Mr. Visser was active at Citco Fund Services (CFS) as a fund accountant, responsible for all financial reporting for a portfolio of hedge funds. Prior to CFS, he was the assistant to the Finance Director at Infogrames
UK (the leading European videogames company - renamed Atari) responsible for financial reporting.
Following his graduation in 1998, he worked for a year in
Cambodia, developing different business projects. Mr. Visser holds a 4 year Business degree from Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers (
France). He graduated in 1998 after completing a semester at
Hong Kong
University (HKU) within the Bachelor of Business Administration program.

| Véronique Manning |
Mrs Manning joined Citco (Jersey) Limited in December 2002 to act as Investor Base Reporting for La Fayette Management Ltd, liaising with its investors, distributors and the La Fayette Funds' Administrator and Custodian. Prior to her current position, Mrs Manning worked for over 16 years for a Jersey firm of lawyers successively as assistant to the Probate, Trust and Company Manager and as a Conveyancing Administrator.
Before moving to the Channel Islands, Mrs Manning was Secretary to the Managing Director of a shipping agent based in Marseilles, before being promoted to the position of Head of the Legal Department.
Mrs Manning was educated in France and completed bilingual secretarial courses in Paris and Marseilles.

| Thais Batista |
Ms. Thais Batista joined La Fayette as a research analyst responsible for covering LatAm and Asian hedge funds. From 2006 to 2008, she worked in the research side of Claritas Investments, covering hedge funds in a broad geographic scope. Prior to Claritas, Ms. Batista worked at Unibanco Asset Management in Brazil from 2002 to 2006, where she participated in the structuring of the Fund of Funds team which soon became the second largest Fund of Funds in Brazil. Subsequently, she became responsible for the platform of offshore funds, researching, selecting and monitoring hedge funds globally. She was also the Portfolio Manager of a fund of Brazilian Hedge Funds from its inception. Ms. Batista started working on 1999 in the FX proprietary trading desk of the Inter-American Express bank in Brazil. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and Masters in Finance from London Business School.

| Petula Witter |
Ms. Witter joined La Fayette as Marketing Assistant in June 2008. As part of the Marketing Team she is responsible for production and distribution of the La Fayette Newsletter and other marketing materials. She is also responsible for the maintenance of, and granting access to the La Fayette Website. Ms Witter is Personal Assistant to the Chairman and Executive Director.

Mr. de Metz became an Executive Director of La Fayette in August 2009, he was previously a Non-Executive Director. -Until December 31st, 2007, Robert de Metz was Non-Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Vivendi Universal as well as Member of the holding company's management team. -
From 1997 to 2000, he was member of the Executive Board of Paribas as well as Chief Executive Officer of Paribas London. Mr. de Metz held several managing director positions at Paribas, Demachy Worms & Cie in Paris and at Banque Indosuez in both Paris and in Hong Kong. Mr. de Metz is a former Treasury Official with France's General Inspectorate of Finance. and is a graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and of Ecole Nationale d'Administration

| Rodolphe Letovsky |
Mr. Letovsky joined La Fayette as a Research Analyst in April 2010. Prior to joining La Fayette, he worked at Lyxor Asset Management during the second half of 2008 as an Assistant Analyst on credit, fixed income and convertible bonds.
In 2007 he completed an internship at La Fayette where he supported the investment team.
Rodolphe graduated from EM Lyon Business School in 2010 and also holds an engineering degree from Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris from which he graduated in 2006.
